Shadowed Obelisk: Beginings of a family.

A ripple occured within the plane of Zylearia, the black sand around the large Obelisk would shudder. The Guards had locked themselves inside, the mental message of their lord had given this order. Soon the Constructs that sat deep within the lands would rise forth, their height 200 feet tall. Their heads that of a different Egyption based god, muscles etched from an ancient black stone found in the buildings origional construction by a Goddess posed as a mortal pharoah. Now these large golems would rise and walk with the Obelisk on their backs, entering the ripple of space and reality that would bring it to Paragon, setting it upon the land called Iniquity. They again dug themselves into the ground around four hundred feet in, burying much of the lower sections of the upside down pyrimid that was found onthe bottom of the Obelisk. Its twin set atop the Obelisk, the eye of Ra would be seen staring with peircing intensity. Soon the ground would turn into black sand, a new dessert being birthed by a mysterious spell. Around the desert would sit a forest also covering with deep shadows and twisting some creatures into new species.

Vash stood in the black sand, watching as many sand wurms would make the dunes rise and fall around their new home. A smile lit his face, soon his family would move in, the upper levels their home. Scarlett would recieve a mental call to see her new home, a home with him.

And come she did answering the capturing beckon of the Obelisk as it was, as it stood, as it thrived. Scarlett could be found within the pyramid shaped edifice roaming the halls with hungry curiosity and reckless abondone. She had to touch, breathe in, absorb everything around her that the Obelisk contained. From the various inscriptions on the wall if any, to the interior decor, past time artifacts, elegant furnishings...the Obelisk holding her attentions for long hours. For in truth, it was all Scarlett had to truely go on linking Vash to a prior existance...before them.

The self-tour ends within the throne room. Or something very similar to one. She glides across the waxed polished floor that seemed to mirror her own reflection, towards a chair. Fitting herself in it she would fold her legs up to hug against her chest and sit there, looking youngishly innocent. Luminous mocha hues closing a bit.

so tired...

Deep in the Depths of the black sands, the bowels of the underground structure, was where the knights and other such guardians had been located during the move. Many would now take their secret exits to fill the land and set up the barriers that would be in play during the stay of the Obelisk in this new plane. Such a grand structure, even though it was black stone, if the light shined right the outside encryptions and carvings would seem to play out the story of its build. Inside lay many ancient languages carved into the stone, some set into great plates of gold, silver, and platinum. Many ancient civilizations histories were recorded in seperate floors, as if each overlapsing into the new. As if the Obelisk itself was made in monument to the next great age in the sands of time. Scarlett would find these, aswelll as possibly the rooms and libraries that were only open to the royal family. This case Darkfire, though not all would find easy entrance into his home. The far upper reaches she had found rest in, would be a great pyrimid that rested atop, with the great looming eye. This was where only the children, Scarlett, and Himself could enter. An upper throne room designed around the power lines of ancient spells, and key leylines to the planes themselves.

Vash would look in to the room, his fiancee, the ever lovely Scarlett held that cute innocent look as she sat there. She appeared tired, and he would simply come to her as much as in the form of a nice cool breeze found in the spring. Soon he materialized into his form, and wrapped arms lightly around her from behind. " You look tired, I have prepped the room to open for your relaxation. a warm bath, some herbal tea, and fresh fruit are all awaiting. Business can come later, I wish this time to be enjoyed, not squandered by the intrecicies of the outside involvements. You have a private study aswell, I moved some tomes and spellbooks there for your reading should such come to be what you wish."

Scarlett's eyelids slowly flutter open, with Vash's scent filling her nostrils. She turns just as he materializes there with her in the room. He spoke of living arrangements, the bed preparations and her living quarters that had come complete with a study. She reaches a hand up to trace the features of his face delicately. Nothing was delicate about Red, nothing; except Vash himself. He held all the tender delicasies of the world to her.

She strokes his flesh as if memorizing his face before murmuring,"Alright but I will not be staying the night here until we are wed. Devil or no devil I won't take residence where I am not lawfully entitled. I just need...to rest a bit."

Already, Sakura was draining her. The baby was destined to see greatness like its mother, to behold glory like its father and to walk amongst gods and devils alike like its brother and sister.
Already, Scarlett was dozing. She slips into his arms feebly flashing a lazy grin.

His face moved toward and into her gentle touch. She was the completeness he thought would never be found in his long life. He knew well that there were things about her he would not understand and may never know, but he aswell was not without his own. He was after all a mystery to even his closest freinds, and the family he had finally reunited, and started with his new love. Scarlett held his baby inside, but they were far connected then by just that. He had always found her to cattch his intrest, always one he heard out, dispite the words others held about her. Neither of these two were perfect, but together he believed that perfection came in the form of the loving bond. Vash was happy it was easy to tell that it seemed etched in his visage by a grin that was heartwarming as any smile.

Her touch soothed the twisting powers that he used to move their new home. Gave a break to the washing tides that threatened to erode him like some cliffside. Peace, that was the feeling he held with her around. He nodded to her words on taking home here only when she was his wife. He would smile and lean in, kissing her forehead. Softly she would float up, allowing him to appear in the seat, her coming to rest in his lap. And there in this loving embrace he would hold her, allowing her touch to be his relaxation. " Then get some sleep here in my arms, I will then see about dinner and something I have for you."
